This blog is written by myself, Justin Razmus, with the sole intention of providing awesome content to real estate agents that want to sell more real estate.
I have an extensive background in selling real estate. I was a licensed real estate agent for several years and became a top producer, selling over 100 homes in a two year period and building a company that employed over 20 people. The company sold homes, and rehhabed homes for real estate investors.
I have also spoken at many events on generating leads from the Internet for your real estate business (and other businesses too).
I no longer maintain my real estate license. And it is not because I CAN’T sell real estate. I was very good at it. It is because I have many other focuses that earn me income, and also allow me to live my life the way I want to. My main goal was to be able to travel around more while still running my own business. Now that all of my business is consulting, or working on projects on the web, I am able to work anywhere that I can get an Internet connection for my laptop. It’s not for everyone, and at times I do miss selling real estate. In fact, that’s probably the reason that I write this blog about selling real estate!
