This is a blog run by myself, Justin Razmus, to give new and experienced real estate agents ideas and motivation to help grow their business.
I’ve taught classes, sold hundreds of homes, and have written much on the subject of selling real estate.
When I’m not writing, I am also following one of my other passions, making documentaries and short films. I’ve traveled all over the U.S. filming, and am also in the editing stages of a film about a trip to Central America.
Justin Razmus built his real estate company from the ground up, eventually employing over 25 full-time workers. The majority of his real estate business revolves around investment properties and working with real estate investors. He has taught many in-person real estate classes and spoken at many events. He is passionate about building businesses and helping others do the same.
